By creating an account and/or joining a programme at MapleSTC, the learner confirms having read, understood and agreed to the summary Terms and Conditions for learners, and undertakes to comply with the rules, policies and guidance that apply throughout their studies.
The learner understands that after formal enrolment, MapleSTC will provide detailed policies for the learner to review and sign separately, including but not limited to: study, assessment/examination, refund, complaint, appeal, academic integrity, use of artificial intelligence, learner support and personal data protection policies.
Where the learner is under 18 or is not of the age required by law to register or enrol on their own, creating an account, enrolling and joining the formal programme requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
