According to Decision No. 131/QD-TTg on approving the Project "Enhancing the application of IT and digital transformation in education and training for the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030" issued by the government in early 2021, many policies and guiding documents have been issued by the Ministry of Education and Training for educational institutions across the country, aiming to achieve the target of applying information technology and digital transformation.

With the issued directive, educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City and many other regions in Vietnam are gradually progressing and applying digital software systems in their management and training activities. Currently, about 63 educational institutions and 710 educational departments have built a shared database for education. Additionally, approximately 82% of schools in the general education sector have used software for school management.
